Job Description:
As a Global Operations Specialist at TN Portugal, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the TikTok platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Moderating content and classifying advertisements according to TikTok Ads policies and standard operating procedures.
- Becoming an expert on TikTok Ads policies and procedures.
- Identifying and communicating emerging risks to management and cross-functional partners.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale.
- Acting as an intermediary between internal and external customers and the Ads Integrity team to handle daily queries and questions.
- Collecting customer feedback, addressing issues and concerns, and providing support to achieve business success via the TikTok platform.
- Executing quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and trends to deliver insights on various dimensions such as policy, system, and process that will drive optimization and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Working closely and hand-in-hand with other departments to respond quickly to relevant service-related needs.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work alternating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
