As a Sales Representative in Lisbon, Portugal, you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily outbound phone calls to contact decision-makers, build quick reports, assess needs and close the sale.
  • Explain products/solutions and value propositions to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating client's products.
  • Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure.
  • Facilitate sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs and encourage purchases.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.
