About the Role
As a German Support Specialist for Streaming Service and Content Review, you will be part of a multilingual team working onsite with and alongside internal teams. You will receive extensive training to develop your skills to succeed in an environment that is professional, modern, fast-paced, and driven by excellence. The role involves responding to customer requests and assisting in the success of the project via phone, email, or chat.
Salary and Benefits
Our estimated salary for this position in Lisbon, Portugal, is approximately €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a relocation allowance for international candidates, a pleasant and inspiring working atmosphere, professional development opportunities, and clear career paths.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 12 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in contact centers in a B2C and/or B2B environment. You should have good communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent German proficient level written and spoken communication skills, fluency in English, and a proactive attitude with strong team spirit. You should also be organized, able to learn new processes and concepts, and understand the ever-changing nature of operations. Additionally, you will need strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include answering customer queries via phone, email, or chat, identifying client problems, troubleshooting to find solutions, documenting actions taken, and categorizing cases and possible bugs. You will also provide general and technical support to customers who use our paid products and escalate complex problems according to defined procedures.
