Job Title: SLCP Verifier - Portugal

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SLCP Verifier to join our team in Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections, preparing reports, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure accurate verification of labor standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site inspections to verify compliance with SLCP standards
  • Prepare detailed reports highlighting findings and discrepancies
  • Engage with facility management and workers to facilitate the verification process
  • Maintain compliance with SLCP protocols and ethical standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Local language proficiency in Portuguese and C1-level proficiency in English
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social compliance auditing or a similar field
  • Strong understanding of labor standards, social compliance, and supply chain issues
