About the Role


This Financial Services Resolution Specialist position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at FedEx.


You will be responsible for executing complex transactions for NFC customers not supported by BPO providers.


As a key member of the Resolution Hub Team, you will provide guidance to BPO providers on issue resolution to facilitate transaction execution.


You will develop and communicate mitigation plans for issues identified and provide escalations that need immediate end-to-end resolution and feedback to customers and internal stakeholders.


You will also assist in legal case support to ensure ability to minimize penalties and decreased customer experience.


Your strong analytical skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and propose suggestions for enhancement.


In addition, your excellent communication skills will allow you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements


Background in Finance is advantageous; Experience with Excel (Mandatory); Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment setting; Other desired languages are German, French, Italian, Spanish (B2 Level); Ability to pay close attention to detail; High degree of customer orientation; Good Problem solving and analytical skills; Keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone and propose suggestions for improvement;


Experience working with third party auditors / customer portals (Plus); Experience in an international environment or similar (Plus).
