This role aims at streamlining supply management processes through a lean approach. As part of the current workstream on ERP process under shared responsibility of finance and supply management, you will analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies and their root causes, and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- You will work closely with teams in Supply, Finance, and Operations to develop streamlined and standardized processes that reduce administrative burdens, improve communication, and shorten lead times for key tasks such as order processing and invoicing.
- Leading workshops and training key users
- Supporting different countries in formalizing and adopting best practices
- Building a global network of process experts to facilitate knowledge sharing and accelerate adoption of improvements across regions
A key aspect of this role is continuous improvement—monitoring performance indicators, enforcing standard practices, and collaborating on development of supporting IS&T solutions. By taking a proactive and structured approach, you will help ensure that supply management processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with global best practices.
