About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Associate - Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation team in Lisbon. This role will report to the Assistant Vice Presidents/Vice Presidents team leads and involve supporting technical and functional needs of the platform offerings, identifying custom feature requirements from clients, and designing unique platform workflows.
Responsibilities- Concurrently support various projects and activities, including participating in small to large-scale projects, assisting client meetings, producing status reports, and anticipating problems.
- Support the development and maintenance of implementation project plans, ensuring they are timely produced, complete, and accurate.
- Perform ongoing implementation activities with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure all business requirements are documented.
- Produce project-related documents, ensuring quality and consistency, and work with other team members to scope and prepare detailed technical implementation activities for timely launches.
- Gather business and functional requirements and configure the platform according to clients' needs, perform configurations to achieve clients' business outcomes, and support and guide the definition of clients' use cases and workflows.
- Produce test cases definition and execution, learn and support all interfaces on the iCapital platform, develop an in-depth understanding of the platform, and proactively identify issues and areas of improvement from a business to technical perspective.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- An academic and/or professional qualification in Business Management/Finance/Engineering or related fields.
- A Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of work experience in business integration, technology implementation projects, and experience with technical platform configuration and integration in the Financial Services industry.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, excellent writing skills, and ability to produce detailed project documentation to drive a successful delivery.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
We believe that the best ideas and innovation happen when we come together. As an employee in this role, you will work in the office three days and have flexibility to work remotely two days. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated as in-office jobs based on their function.
