This is a senior leadership position that requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure efficient medical operations and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with hospitals, radiology centers, and internal teams to streamline service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Operations Management: Oversee the allocation and scheduling of radiologists to ensure timely and high-quality case reporting.
- Recruitment & Retention: Lead efforts in hiring and retaining skilled radiologists to support the organization's medical services.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with hospitals, radiology centers, and internal teams to streamline service delivery.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to local healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in Healthcare Management, Radiology, Medicine, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Extensive experience in radiology companies and hospitals, specifically in managing radiologists and medical reporting services.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in recruiting and managing radiologists.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
