We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our dynamic team at GrabJobs. As a key member of our customer success department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the long-term growth and satisfaction of our clients.

About the Role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, leveraging your exceptional interpersonal skills to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improving our platform and services, ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple European markets.
  • Proactively monitor customer feedback and usage, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute tailored onboarding plans to ensure new customers achieve their desired outcomes and effectively leverage our platform.
  2. Promptly address customer concerns, providing empathetic and efficient solutions while exceeding service level expectations.
  3. Analyze customer success metrics, tracking progress and reporting on customer health to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a digital or SaaS environment.
  • Basic proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus.
