Job description:

Alter Solutions seeks an experienced Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join its Credit & Regulatory Reporting department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for Risk Weighted Asset (RWA) calculation & analysis, regulatory reporting, such as COREP, Pillar III disclosures, Large Exposures, International commitments, SREP (Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process), and contributing to the calculation of the Group Basel solvency ratio.

Main Tasks:

  • Production, collection, and control of risk data (credit, counterparty, counterparty, market, equity, other assets) in the different tools (ARC, SRS, Access Data Base)
  • Strive for quality/efficiency improvement through actively revising and improving processes, procedures, and data quality, including actively participating in the testing phases
  • Take part of new projects, especially related to new regulatory frameworks, like Basel IV, in order to achieve group objectives
  • Participate in the different projects linked to regulatory evolutions, reporting evolutions, process improvements, regulators' requests, IT developments, sourcing evolutions
  • Data quality reporting

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Professional experience: 4 - 5 years of experience in Risk/Finance or Audit/Assurance services within the banking sector
  • Knowledge of credit risk concepts – Standard and IRBA approaches
  • Experience with MS Office, MS Access, SQL, and Business Objects (desirable)

Language Skills

  • English: N3 - Expert
