Job Description:

  1. Develop and deploy machine learning models for retention use cases, anomaly detection, and regression analysis, using Python, R, or Scala.
  2. Create and manage automated data pipelines for efficient data processing and model deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
  3. Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to manage cloud resources and deployment environments, utilizing Azure Databricks for data processing and model training.
  4. Monitor data flows to ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used for machine learning models.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a focus on CRM and platform-based solutions.
  3. Strong proficiency in developing machine learning models, particularly for retention use cases, anomaly detection, and regression analysis.
  4. Experience with pipeline automation and data flow monitoring.
  5. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management, preferably within the Azure ecosystem.
  6. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex data-driven projects.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  9. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
  10. Experience with CRM platforms and customer data analytics is an advantage.
  11. European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
  12. Availability to go to the office, twice a week.
