**Job Description**

As a Bulgarian language specialist for chatbot review, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and relevance of chatbot responses. Your attention to detail and linguistic expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating chatbot text-based answers flagged by users as not okay, using our policies and guidelines to determine if the responses were offensive or dangerous.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Visually review text-based content for potential violations of client policies
  • Evaluate chatbot responses for accuracy and relevance
  • Escalate critical issues to senior moderators or management

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent in Bulgarian with good English language skills
  • Previous experience as a content moderator or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
