Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient maintenance and management of our buildings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the correct level of operation of all Teleperformance premises (sites)
  • Driving and demonstrating optimal cost of operating the facilities while maintaining or improving the quality and level of service to occupants through minimizing downtime, innovation and leveraging technology
  • Ensuring application and compliance with Safety & Security standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native Portuguese and English B2 (minimum)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with service providers and internal teams
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Driver's License
