Job Description

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to work on an international project. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for bringing operational efficiency to processes through process optimization.

  • Collect, analyze, and challenge business needs expressed by stakeholders.
  • Help identify business impacts caused by solutions and prepare action plans.
  • Validate the Business Requirement document and write the Detailed Functional Specifications document.
  • Define a relevant solution and estimate implementation costs.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation.
  • Assist end-users in the testing phase and ensure the test plan roadmap is followed.
  • Assist functionally the IT teams during all project phases.
  • Supervise the progress of different projects.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on project status.
  • Efficiently report to management.
