Medical Device Customer Service Specialist

At TN Portugal, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer service specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers who use our medical device products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Taking care of customer inquiries related to the Omnipod product, an insulin management system
  • Responding to inbound calls and being responsible for orders and product shipment coordination
  • Providing timely and empathetic support to customers, resolving their issues efficiently
  • Encouraging customers' compliance with product utilization

Requirements:

  • A native level of German and good English skills
  • Passion for medicine and ability to provide help when needed
  • Knowledge of the value of excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach
  • Interests in intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Portugal for international career and life experience
  • Valid Portuguese work permit required

What we offer:

  • Type of contract: yearly or 6-month renewable contract
  • Working hours: full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts, including night shifts
  • Salary conditions (*) – two options available:
  • Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,230 gross/month
