About the Role

As a Sales Representative at Webhelp France, you will be responsible for ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations and that client expectations related to operational excellence are fulfilled. This includes high targets regarding quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick reports, assess needs, and close the sale. You will also explain products/solutions and value propositions to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs. Additionally, you will execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating client's products.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a high level of Italian and fluency in English, at least 1 year of experience in the sales industry, and at least 6 months of experience in cold calling for sales. Knowledge of CRM systems is also a must. If you are outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner, we encourage you to apply.
