Your Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Define project scope, budget, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
    • Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure all objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, address concerns, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, developers, and analysts) to allocate resources and ensure smooth project execution.
    • Facilitate team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Your Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience managing projects in digital content production, preferably within a creative agency, content studio, or in-house content team.
  • Demonstrated success managing content-related projects such as video production, social media campaigns, website content creation, blogs, podcasts, or interactive media.
