About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at TN Portugal. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical supplies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier qualification, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for generating and implementing internal audit plans, as well as following up on corrective actions generated during audits.

In addition, you will handle supplier complaints, notifications, and back-up incidents and deviations. You will also evaluate and follow up on change controls related to suppliers and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify suppliers of materials, services, and contracted analysis laboratories
  • Generate and implement internal audit plans
  • Follow up on corrective actions generated during audits
  • Handle supplier complaints and notifications
  • Back-up incidents and deviations, change controls, and CAPAs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or other relevant field
  • More than 2 years of experience in supplier management or quality assurance in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
