Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Cosmos Engineer to join our Core Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will directly contribute to the development of some of the most promising and impactful projects in the web3 industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze projects and their feasibility, focusing on the engineering component.
• Contribute directly to the code base and overall building effort of different projects invested by Workshub.
• Research bleeding-edge trends, protocols, and advancements in the space.
• Work in tandem with our investment team to identify and capture the best opportunities.

Requirements:

• Fluency in the Cosmos ecosystem.
• Understanding of Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) and Proof of Stake (PoS) blockchains.
• Solid understanding of Rust (Cosmwasm) and Go.
• Knowledge or experience with one or more public blockchains.
• Solid understanding of security best practices, known attack vectors, and pitfalls of blockchain protocols and applications.
• A strong desire to keep learning and push the boundaries of the blockchain space.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English).

Benefits:

• Fully remote and flexible arrangement.
• $140,000 - $160,000 annual salary (dependent on location and experience).
