The Transport Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing daily work and issues with service providers, maintaining data in our systems, and creating and handling purchase orders for spare parts transports in SAP. Additionally, you will handle daily operational spare parts transports for EU and non-EU shipments and organize road transport, sea and air freight. You will also be responsible for handling shipments with dangerous goods and processing inquiries and complaints from customers.
As a Transport Operations Specialist, you will support in the creation of regular KPI and reports, manage approval workflows, and ensure correctness of invoices and workflows. You will also maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to stakeholders. To achieve this, you will use various tools and software, including SAP and ServiceNow.
If you have a background in logistics and experience in invoice management, you will be a strong candidate for this position. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SAP is also necessary.
