The Administrative Assistant - Supply Chain will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient logistic operation on our aircraft.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Commissary Management team with administrative duties such as setting up purchase orders and confirming approvals.
  • Follow-ups with onboard stock suppliers to ensure all necessary tasks and processes have been set and logged correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Support the Commissary Management team in coordinating fleet onboard stock logistics and identifying areas for development and improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation or Logistics.
  • 2-4 years of experience in general administrative tasks.
  • Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills.
