About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Representative. As a representative of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and building long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Satisfy customers through various communication channels (phone, chat, email)
  • Maintain a positive reputation for our brand by resolving complaints efficiently
  • Act in the best interest of both the customer and the company to find mutually beneficial solutions
Requirements
  • You are a native German speaker with excellent communication skills
  • You have completed your school education and possess relevant work experience
  • You have at least an English level of B2 or B1, depending on the position
  • You are an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for Portugal
  • You are open-minded and eager to take on new challenges abroad
Benefits
  • A long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
  • Full-time working hours (40 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work between 7am-10pm, 8 hours a day, plus one hour for lunch/dinner
  • Two options:
    • Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ gross/month
    • Excluding accommodation: 1350€ gross/month
  • Additional benefits include reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country within the EU, and assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc.
