About Our TeamWe're a small, travel-obsessed team of 40 people globally based, eager to welcome a Growth Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. The RoleAs a senior freelancer, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, spearheading customer acquisition initiatives, and driving revenue expansion. You will also oversee content that drives measurable results, while brand/editorial content falls under the CXO's remit.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with team to build an end-to-end digital marketing machine for a fast-growing B2C brand
- Develop a robust, sustainable, and data-driven digital marketing playbook to acquire and convert customers for City Unscripted's global expansion
- Lead Social Growth – Drive engagement, acquisition, and brand presence through social media, influencer collaborations, and community engagement
- Raise awareness and interest among existing and potential customers about City Unscripted's offerings
