We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team in North Portugal. As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our local customers, performing pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical support to our local customers.
  • Actively promote and sell M-I service products to our customers, improving the up-time of the application and maximizing M-I sales results.
  • Work in partnership with the Sales teams to assist with sales revenue targets and revenue growth.
  • Travel to customer sites within your assigned area along with occasional travel nationally to attend training events and meetings.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience as a Field Service Engineer or as a Technical Service Engineer.
  • Ability to technically assess situations and issues, and proactively advise on solutions.
  • Ability to follow procedures and plan time effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High level of Portuguese + Intermediate level of Spanish and English.
  • Certification relating to Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Networking, Vision cameras or software capabilities.
  • Expert knowledge of technical products, ideally like Markem-Imaje's product range.
