Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team at Idw - Consultoria Em Servicos De Informacao Lda. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on delivering complex IT infrastructure projects.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and developing technological infrastructure projects, encompassing preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance of information systems, servers, computer network resources, communications controllers, and computer network security data backup structures. You will also define, manage, and implement the planning and control of IT projects, as well as conduct technical and financial studies to select and acquire IT equipment, communication systems, and basic software components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge database with technical documentation on IT operations
  • Collaborate in defining policies, procedures, and specifications for business solutions, services, and goods
  • Study the impact of IT solutions on work organization and propose measures for introducing innovations and training users
  • Define, manage, and implement processes, procedures, and policies for Information and Communication Technology Management systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or Management, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years' experience in project management of significant complexity
  • PMP Certificate
