Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team in ensuring the smooth functioning of our online operations. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, product management, and customer contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage online stores across Shopify, Recurly, and Stripe, ensuring optimal performance and regular updates;
- Audit data integrity and accuracy across all platforms, implementing data backup and security measures as needed;
- Create and maintain product plans, products, and SKUs using engineering web tools and maintaining a comprehensive SKU database;
- Support promotional campaigns by working closely with the marketing team to ensure product listing accuracy;
- Develop and manage procedures for customer contracts, including non-payments and disputes;
- Process new contracts, review terms and conditions, and coordinate with logistics, finance, and support for service delivery.
- Proven experience in operations management in an e-commerce environment;
- Strong understanding of Shopify, Recurly, and Stripe, with hands-on experience preferred;
- Proficiency in product and SKU management, as well as HubSpot or similar CRM tools;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience;
- Flexibility in schedule and work location;
- A fast-paced and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development;
