At Phiture, we are looking for a highly skilled Content Moderator with Global Reach to join our team. As a Video Content Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of user-generated content on our platform.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing user reports regarding website content, analyzing and identifying non-compliant content, and flagging it for action in a timely manner. This involves making well-balanced decisions and helping resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of our user community. This may involve reviewing sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic, discriminatory, or otherwise disturbing subjects on text or video formats.
About YouTo excel in this role, you should have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
