We are seeking a skilled Lead Regulatory Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring regulatory updates, collaborating with Product Managers, and supervising the Senior Regulatory Analyst. Key requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong background in Regulatory documents & publications in the Risk Management area.
- Experience with common banking products and risk management calculations.
- Basic knowledge of IT Business Systems and Software Development Lifecycle principles.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
