About the Role

Phiture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Project Management Expert Lead to join our team. This role requires a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience in Program Project Management, influencing and advisory skills, and ability to contribute to team decisions and engage with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive key decisions and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture's full capabilities.
  • Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team.
  • Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios.
  • Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments.
  • Manage people engagement, recruiting, and staffing to optimize delivery targets.
Requirements

This role requires:

  • A Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills.
  • Master proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Risk Management, and Scope Management.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Phiture offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
