Job Description:

Administrative Support in Procurement:

Assist in the purchase of materials and supplies for Proef It's operations in Trofa, Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue purchase orders and manage orders from suppliers.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Management, Economics, or Industrial Management Engineering.
  • Eligible for IEFP internship and professional internship.
  • Excellent computer skills and communication skills.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Knowledge of English and/or French is valued.
