FARFETCH is a technology-driven B2B platform founded in 2013 and part of Farfetch since 2021. As a Premium Pre-Owned Fashion Ambassador, you will contribute to the growth of our pre-owned segment by developing and expanding strategic partnerships across the globe.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing and tailoring your skills to different stakeholders and transitioning new partners into their respective channels.
Responsibilities
- Pursue strategic partnerships across the globe through prospecting and engaging with key markets and players.
- Maintain an updated CRM system to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Improve onboarding processes for various stakeholders to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with our legal team to negotiate contracts with new partners.
- Assist clients in selecting premium pre-owned fashion items and provide guidance on terms to ensure their success.
- Clear new accounts for transition to respective channels.
- Develop business KPIs to measure performance and drive growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a business developer in the fashion, luxury, or tech sectors.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and proficiency in working with CRM and Excel.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with a client-centric approach.
- Resilient and persistent with tenacious goal pursuit.
