We are looking for a highly skilled Scalable Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, prototype, and implement advanced features by integrating AI and Data capabilities while ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of core systems, shaping a best-in-class AI-driven Marketing Operating System.
  • Collaborate closely with Co-Founders and AI/Data engineers to define the technical roadmap and long-term architecture.
  • Drive key technical decisions, ensuring a strong, scalable backend infrastructure with robust data and API layers.
  • Contribute to defining the engineering culture and help scale the technical team as the company grows.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer. You should have a deep understanding of scalable, cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred) and best-in-class DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, observability).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience in backend development for high-scale platforms, with expertise in Python, Go, or Rust.
  • Passion for AI/ML, with an interest in data-intensive and AI-powered applications.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, product-driven environments, balancing innovation with pragmatic decision-making.
