- Conducting preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates' interest, motivation, and basic qualifications.
- Providing regular updates on the status of sourcing efforts and sharing potential candidate profiles with the Recruitment Specialists to continue the recruitment process.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient level of English; any additional language would be a plus.
