Job Summary:

We are seeking a PMO to join our teams in one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries. Based in Lisbon (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project design and development according to objectives, resources, risks, deadlines, and budget.
  • Monitor and follow up on executed actions.
  • Provide periodic reports on project progress.
  • Manage stakeholders, necessary tools, and resources.
  • Analyze risks and proactively resolve them.
  • Ensure goals are achieved and make recommendations for deviations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager Officer or Project Manager.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Management, or Finance.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
