Job Overview

Boundlessfellows is seeking a talented Lead UX Researcher to lead and support research for our Growth and Core Websites product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct exploratory work with prospective and current users, as well as iterative product development work for core website product enhancements.
  • Work closely with product owners to guide the direction and influence of Research and product improvements.
  • Present to leadership and find compelling ways to illustrate research findings in order to influence stakeholders and product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of prior UX Research work experience.
  • Deep understanding of UX/Design research methods, knowing when and how to apply different methods and customize them to teams' needs and constraints.
  • Experience owning mixed-methods research end-to-end and driving the evolution of multiple projects at a time to influence product and teams' directions.
