About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic French-speaking customer support agent to join our team at Tn Portugal. As a key member of our platform, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to hoteliers and suppliers using our innovative hotel supplier platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert technical support via phone and email to resolve platform-related issues efficiently
  • Assist with product access, orders, and listings to ensure seamless operations
  • Help suppliers update prices and add new products to the platform
  • Guide hoteliers on finding suitable suppliers for urgent needs
  • Verify order statuses and escalate delivery issues to the relevant department

Requirements:

  • Near-native level of French language proficiency
  • Advanced level of English language skills
  • Previous experience in customer support is highly valued
  • Ability to handle technical issues efficiently and effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
