Job Description

  • Develop a detailed implementation plan covering installation, configuration, and customization of the product solution to meet the specific needs of the customer.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams such as development, technical support, and sales to ensure effective communication and a seamless implementation.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the customer to report progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or changes in the implementation plan.
  • Provide training to end-users of the customer to ensure they understand how to effectively use the SaaS solution.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during implementation, working with internal teams to find quick and effective solutions.
  • Create detailed documentation of the implementation, including standard operating procedures and specific configurations, for future reference and for the support team.
  • Manage and facilitate any changes in scope or requirements during the implementation process, ensuring the customer is informed and that changes are integrated efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional experience working in deployment, implementation, or onboarding software projects.
  • A proven successful track record working for a SaaS organization.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience with integrations and APIs.
  • Project Management experience (ideally with PMP).
  • English is mandatory.
