We are seeking a seasoned Security & Compliance consultant to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at SAP. With years of experience in IAM, you will be responsible for driving our corporate success by implementing streamlined processes, designing compliance controls, and creating how-to-guides for our teams.

About the Role

As a Security & Compliance Consultant, you will own, represent, and improve our Security & Compliance Guidelines, Guardrails, and processes. This includes running regular FireDrills within our IAM unit, performing continuous control testing, and supporting internal and external audits as well as customer audits.

  • Own and maintain our Security & Compliance Guidelines, Guardrails, and processes
  • Run regular FireDrills and perform continuous control testing
  • Support internal and external audits as well as customer audits
  • Evaluate opportunities for potential information security and privacy improvements
  • Collaborate with various teams within our Value Stream
  • Ensure excellent Stakeholder Management
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Understanding of Agile Enterprise IT organizations and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Project management experience and change management
  • Understanding of Stakeholder, Change, and Project Management
  • Experience with GDPR and technical interfaces like SCIM, REST, JDBC, SOAP, and RFC
  • Consulting experience for Enterprise Customers in agile environments
  • Advanced knowledge of common Certification Standards for IT Security, Business Continuity & Quality Management
  • Proven knowledge in ITIL processes
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT Security, IT Audit, Risk, or IT Compliance

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
