Your Role
As a Sales Representative Social Media, you'll provide support to businesses using our client's commerce platform. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues and providing guidance on self-service products, post-sales, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Native Spanish level
- Fluent in English (C1/C2)
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, 24/7
