We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Research Project Administrator. As a Research Project Administrator, you will provide technical support to the project team, ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in MS Office and clinical trial database systems a plus.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for supporting audit readiness by ensuring files are reviewed on schedule, as detailed in the organization's WPD and department guidance document.
You will coordinate, oversee, and complete functions on assigned trials activities, including performing department, internal, country, and investigator file reviews as assigned and documenting findings in relevant systems.
Maintain study-specific documentation and systems, including tracking of project-specific training requirements, system access management, and tracking of project-level activity plans in relevant systems.
Provide system support, including GoBalto and eTMF, and perform administrative tasks such as timely processing of documents sent to clients, performing eTMF reviews, mass mailings, and communications as needed.
