Job Title: Solution Owner on Sustainability Product Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Solution Owner to lead our Sustainability Product Solutions team. As a key member of our Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will be responsible for managing stakeholders, establishing long-term relationships, and collaborating to define the solution and service roadmap aligned with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholders and establish long-term relationships to define the solution and service roadmap.
  • Implement commitments taken at the business level, aligned with targeted solution performance, in compliance with IM Enterprise architecture and overall governance standards.
  • Gain and maintain knowledge of technology enablers and market best practices related to the solution.
  • Define the projects framework using Agile methods.
  • Build and engage a multi-functional project team.
  • Participate in successful end-to-end projects operations, including Projects Steering Committees, Project reviews, Planning and budget management, and suppliers management.
  • Perform ITIL-based support processes, including incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management, and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in Information Technology.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in business requirements definition.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • IS/IT project experience.
  • Agile frameworks, SAFe in particular.
  • SAP basic knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in incident and problem management.
  • A sense of responsibility and service orientation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • International mindset to work well in a diverse and international team environment.
  • Language skills: English, negotiation level.
