Role OverviewThe Fleet Training Development & Trainer position is a critical component of our organization's success. This role involves improving employee productivity by assessing developmental needs and driving training initiatives.
This position requires exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to design and implement effective training programs. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have a strong attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities- Develops and Implements Training Solutions: Creates and implements training solutions to improve employee performance and productivity.
- Conducts Training Needs Analysis: Identifies developmental needs and assesses the effectiveness of existing training programs.
- Trains and Mentors Employees: Provides training and mentoring to employees on new skills and procedures.
- Maintains Training Documentation: Maintains accurate records of training sessions and evaluates their effectiveness.
- Collaborates with HR and Management: Works closely with HR and management to ensure that training programs align with business objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, training and development, or human resources.
- Proven Work Experience: At least three years of experience in a training and development role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to Work Independently: The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
