About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Operations Coordinator to support our finance team. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient business administration processes and controls.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting senior accountants and wider finance and business administration team
  • Collaborating with internal teams to maintain efficient financial processes and controls
  • Compiling and analyzing data on expense claims, payments, and payroll entries
  • Reviewing accounting entries and supporting monthly closings
  • Supporting data collection for accounting, tax, or statistical reporting
  • Processing supplier orders and customer charging
  • Monitoring process exceptions and following up on issues

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar field of studies
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant area, preferably in a Shared Services Center
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Experience with SAP will be valued
  • Fluency in English
