We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Data Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud and data strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Azure services, particularly Azure Active Directory, Intune, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the administration and optimization of our Azure cloud environment, ensuring robustness, scalability, and security.
- Managing and configuring Intune for mobile device and application management, aligning with our security and compliance requirements.
- Designing and implementing data architectures that support scalability, reliability, and performance across our enterprise.
- Developing, deploying, and managing Azure data warehousing solutions, leveraging Azure Synapse Analytics, to support advanced analytics initiatives.
- Administering SQL Server databases, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and security.
- Collaborating with various teams to understand data needs and deliver scalable and efficient data solutions.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years focused on Azure cloud services, data architecture, and analytics.
- Extensive experience with Azure services, particularly Azure Active Directory, Intune, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other related services.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and security.
- Strong understanding of best practices for cloud security, data protection, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, capable of leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
