As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, establishing relationships with clients, and providing strategic campaign support. Your goal will be to increase sales through up-selling and achieving high customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include daily support of existing customers in the B2B market, identification of sales opportunities, and establishing a relationship of trust with key decision makers in the marketing industry and consultants for online advertising strategies. You will also need to understand the business objectives of your customers to achieve the most effective online advertising. This role requires strong communication and listening skills, as well as excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Fluency in Dutch (native level) and a good level of English (at least B2)
• A high school degree or bachelor's degree
• Experience in sales or marketing
• A general understanding or interest in online marketing products
• Strategic thinking and drive for excellence and professionalism
We offer a competitive salary: 1298€ gross/month (including accommodation) or 1040€ gross/month (excluding accommodation), plus a potential bonus of up to 900€ gross quarterly. Additionally, we provide training including Google Ads certification and reimbursement of initial flight costs after 3 months for international applicants. You will also benefit from free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.
