Job Description
As our Senior Frontend Architect, you will be responsible for creating prototypes and high-quality React/NextJS front-end single page applications. You will also drive code quality, unit testing, accessibility, performance, and conduct code reviews. Additionally, you will engage with clients to understand requirements, present solutions effectively, and lead front-end developers in Agile workstreams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Hands-on React development experience with a solid grasp of core concepts
- Experience in serverless and server-side development with NextJS
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS or LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology, desire for writing clean, maintainable code, and pair programming experience
- Knowledge of front-end architecture best practices, testing, debugging, and version control with GIT
- Excellent communication skills, responsiveness, and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with responsive layouts, cross-browser compatibility, and unit testing
- Familiarity with CSS pre-processors, state management technologies, and TypeScript
- Commercial experience in SPA solutions, e-commerce, and front-end build tools like Grunt and webpack
- Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to various projects
