Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the team in executing daily tasks, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee Ship to Collect, GCI, Credit and Collections, Disputes, Cash Applications, and Billing processes to ensure smooth operation.
  • Manage and resolve escalated or high-impact customer and vendor issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the manager in resource planning and allocation, ensuring department priorities are met.
  • Identify training needs and develop training materials and content for team development.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and financial performance while ensuring operational effectiveness.
