We are committed to innovation and excellence in everything we do, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Industrial Metrology and Calibration Process Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance on equipment and systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to increase reliability, capability, and yield.
  • Conduct equipment condition analysis and troubleshoot problems.
  • Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and maintenance procedures.
  • Participate in the execution of the preventive maintenance plan on production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot problems in the event of equipment malfunctions.
  • Contribute to the establishment of preventive maintenance plans for new equipment.
  • Ensure follow-up of key performance indicators (KPI) for production equipment performance.
  • Analyze breakdowns historical data to provide input for resizing stocks of spare parts.
  • Constantly keep updated equipment spare parts list.
  • Contribute to action plans to continuously improve maintenance performance.
  • Guarantee the cleaning and orderliness of areas under his responsibility.
  • Promote good maintenance practices in the area.
  • Observe and respect national legislation.
  • Provide the best technical support to area members.
  • Coordinate with other areas the fulfilment of plans.
  • Motivate users for the efficient use of utilities.
  • Ensure that SAP data base is updated with new information when necessary.
  • Apply and develop knowledge of Engineering and participate in area processes, procedures, and projects.
Requirements:
  • University or equivalent qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation).
  • Requires educational/training experience in machinery maintenance and in electrical/mechanical/instrumentation & automation fields.
  • Knowledge of machinery maintenance and electrical/mechanical fields (desirable).
  • Competent (written and verbal) English.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package.
