At Vila Baleira Hotels & Resorts, we are dedicated to delivering an outstanding guest experience. As a Reservations Service Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by effectively managing reservations and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage reservations for clients, groups, and tour operators, ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to promote our services and develop new business opportunities.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our reservation processes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in reservations or customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and other languages.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and Microsoft applications.
