We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Business Partner for our Lisbon Office.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes for hotel units, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent;
  • Create job ads with the support of Hotel Managers and publish them in various recruitment channels;
  • Search and select candidates;
  • Assist Hotel Managers in scheduling and conducting interviews as well as evaluating candidates;
  • Map the recruitment sources of the surrounding area;
  • Maintain regular contacts with employment centers, schools, universities and training centers;
  • Participate in job fairs and other events in the area to attract candidates;
  • Serve as a support advisor to managers and leaders, providing guidance on HR issues such as conflict management, restructuring, and employment law;
  • E nsure the correct collection of data to support hiring and payroll processes;
  • Issue and manage employment contracts, guaranteeing their proper execution and sending them to head office;
  • Manage contract renewal processes and exits, and assist with administrative tasks related to admissions when necessary;
  • Control the biometric system and train users;
  • Support occupational health management;
  • Prepare and issue monthly HR metrics;


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience in the field;
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or as a Generalist Human Resources Technician;
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a shared service environment;
  • Rigour, attention to detail, responsibility and autonomy;
  • Availability to travel between hotels in the Alentejo region, specifically Beja and Lagoa de Santo André;
